Job Role
We are hiring a Delivery Head / Project Manager to manage IT projects, client communication, and team delivery.
You will be responsible for ensuring:
- On-time project delivery
- Smooth client communication
- Team coordination across developers, UI/UX, and QA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT/software projects
- Handle client calls and updates
- Track project milestones and timelines
- Align delivery with payments and invoicing
- Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams
- Identify risks and solve issues quickly
Skills Required
- Experience in project management / delivery management
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Basic understanding of software development (Web/App/AI projects)
- Knowledge of Agile
